Our day here was to go to Legoland and Sea Life. This is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. The facilities were brand new. We got a king size suite, which came with a full-size kitchen, which was very convenient to cook in. The beds were very very comfortable, and the pillows were amazing. It also came with a pulled out couch for two people to sleep in. Breakfast Was phenomenal! Potato casserole, sausage wrapped pancakes, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy,yogurt with fruit and toppings, apple juice, orange juice - it was all great! If we are ever in Kansas City again, we will definitely stay there, knowing we will sleep well. By the way, the pool was heated, and the room was warm even in January. highly recommended!

The ladies at the front desk were delightful. We liked the hotel the second we walked in because we were greeted so warmly. There was ice cold fruit water in the lobby, and we loved that. Our room was spotless, and the bed was comfy. We loved the little kitchen, it was perfect. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast crew. They had such positive energy, and it was contagious. We ate our yummy breakfast and set out on the road feeling happy. We will stay here again the next time we are in KC.

EVERYTHING about the Element was phenomenal. The young lady that was the overnight front desk staff was AWESOME, she was extremely kind, helpful & was able to answer questions with adequate and appropriate answers, which is a PLUS in this day & time. If we should ever be in the KC Area, we will definitely be staying at the Element…lastly, the Bartender made one hell of a Bloody Mary, which he called a Bloody Maria.

I absolutely loved this hotel.. soon as I walked in, I was greeted with smiling faces..The receptionist told me about a great Bbq restaurant, and it was great..the hotel was very clean and the beds were comfy..I really enjoyed sitting outside in the courtyard at night..Great place to stay...

Very clean and very friendly staff. The free breakfast in the mornings is amazing! Wonderful pool perfect for my daughter and they have fire pits and a beautiful gym, a bar and a mini store! What else do you need? Can't wait to stay heee again next time I'm in town
